This study aims to analyze the influence of foreign direct investment on BLACKPINK's brand ambassador and Oreo's brand image in Indonesia. In this case study, we adopt a literature review approach to investigate concepts related to foreign direct investment, brand ambassadors, and brand image. In this research, we also observe the factors influencing the success of foreign direct investment and the effectiveness of brand ambassadors. Our analysis reveals that factors such as appropriate marketing strategies, alignment between the brand and the ambassador, and positive interaction between the brand and consumers play pivotal roles in achieving successful outcomes. By gaining deeper insights into the influence of foreign direct investment on BLACKPINK's brand ambassador and Oreo's brand image, this study can provide valuable insights for companies and other stakeholders in understanding the increasingly global dynamics of the Indonesian market. Basically, humans need religion in their lives, to serve as a principle of life for both life in this world and in the hereafter. One of the religions in Indonesia, namely the Baha'i Religion, the Baha'i Religion entered Indonesia in 1878, in the Baha'i religion there is a tradition of nineteen daily meetings, where this tradition contains meaning in every celebration. The theory used in this study uses the theory of symbolic interactionism, the essence of symbolic interactionism itself is an interaction or communication using symbols that are given meaning. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. This research resulted in an understanding of the sociological meaning of the nineteen daily meetings with 5 Baha'i religious leaders in the city of Medan. There are many differences in marriage with a large age difference between husband and wife which tends to make it difficult for couples to unite thoughts, ideas and opinions. This will be a challenge for the household so that it can make a household that is sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative research type. Source of data obtained from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were used through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation with three husband and wife couples with a much older age difference than their husbands with a distance of five years, seven years and ten years. The results of research conducted in Sopoonggang Baru Hamlet show that different age marriages are much older for wives than husbands, but there are problems that often occur in domestic life, including: difficult to control emotions, relationships decreased sexual relations between husband and wife, jealousy, differences in perspectives and economic problems. To solve problems that occur in marriages of different ages, the following methods are used by informants to solve problems in the household, namely: discussing and ignoring each other. In this study the researchers chose the Halo card product at PT. Telecommunications Seluler Medan Marelan regional office, which can be seen in their high level of sales of their products, one of which is Telkomsel Halo. Based on this background, the question arises how the marketing communication strategy is used in marketing Telkomsel Halo products and what is consumer behavior towards the Halo Telkomsel product. So in this study the aim is to describe the marketing communication strategies used by Telkomsel in marketing Halo products in order to attract and set consumer targets and to know consumer behavior towards Telkomsel Halo products. This type of research is qualitative with a symbolic interaction approach where the data is determined through observation, interviews, and documentation directly in the field. The theory used is integrated marketing communication (IMC) theory. The results of this study can be concluded that the marketing communication strategy used in marketing Telkomsel Halo products at the Medan Marelan regional office uses the theory of integrated marketing communication marketing strategy which consists of 6 components, namely advertising, direct marketing, interactive marketing, sales promotion, public relations and personal selling. This research was conducted in Hamlet 1, Punden Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District. This study uses a qualitative approach that leads to a descriptive method. This study uses the theory of interpersonal communication initiated by De Vito. Collecting data in this study is by way of interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Examination of the validity of the data in this study with seriousness in observation and triangulation. The results of this study found that the communication process went well between customers and prospective customers. By using De Vito's theory to describe the elements in interpersonal communication so that it is clear to know the communication process between customers, namely the existence of messages, feedback (feedback), feedforward, context and interpersonal competence. There are several things that customers do in the process of communicating with potential customers, namely: (a) forming perceptions of self-quality, (b) equating mindsets, and (c) helping to make choices. The communication process in recommending also has obstacles, namely, (a) language differences, (b) delays in understanding the contents of the message, and (c) time and distance. Therefore, good management is needed to realize a successful program. This study examines how the management and obstacles in the management are carried out by Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Medan City through planning, organizing, implementing and supervising which are applied to the Suara Creativity Broadcasting Program (Pro 2). This study aims to determine the management and obstacles in the creative sound broadcast program (Pro 2) at RRI Medan in maintaining its existence. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods and data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses the theory of communication management put forward by George R. Terry. The results of this study indicate that planning as the first step of the program has been going well where the determination of a program idea, broadcast scheduling, and determining broadcast topics have been well formulated. The stage of organizing management is by preparing information to be conveyed through the program that has been prepared. The implementation phase is carried out on air and also publishes information through social media. The monitoring phase is carried out by means of evaluation, in the evaluation of things that are likely to occur can be changed or prevented. So that this does not happen, it is necessary to instill mutual tolerance. The focus of the problem in this research is how the patterns of interpersonal communication in creating tolerance between religious communities in Parapat Sub-District, Simalungun Regency and whether there are obstacles to patterns of interpersonal communication in creating inter-religious tolerance in Parapat Sub-District, Simalungun Regency. This research uses a qualitative type of descriptive approach. The subjects in this study are people who live in Parapat Village, Simalungun Regency, in this case I took 6 residents using a purposive technique, namely with predetermined criteria. The theory used in this study is social penetration and self-disclosure. Which this theory explains how the process of relating to other people and self-disclosure in order to establish good interactions and avoid misunderstandings. The results of this study indicate that the communication pattern used in Parapat Village is an interactional communication pattern or a reciprocal relationship in communication. Obstacles Patterns of interpersonal communication in Parapat Village are language and habitual barriers felt by immigrant communities. To develop the student's language skills in reading, listening, speaking and writing, the learners must master vocabulary. The mastery of vocabulary is needed by each language skill. This study is aimed at improving students' vocabulary achievement through guessing word games. The research of this study was conducted using classroom action research. The subject of this study was the eight grade students' of MTs Tarbiyah Islamiyah Hamparan Perak consisting of 33 students. To collect the data, the instruments used were quantitative data (vocabulary test) and qualitative data (diary notes, interviews, photographs, and observation sheets). In analyzing the data, the mean of the students' score for the pretest was (52.42), for test I was (58.18), and the mean of the students' score for the test II was (72.12). Based on diary notes, interviews, photos and observation sheets, it showed that the expression and excitement of the students were also improved. It was concluded that teaching vocabulary through guessing word games could improve students' vocabulary achievement</em></p> 2023-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Relationship between Learning Interest and Cognitive Ability with Learning Outcomes of Al-Qur'an and Hadith at MtsN Binjai 2023-08-29T17:40:55+00:00 Winda Novianti <p><em>The purpose of this study was to reveal the relationship between learning interest and cognitive abilities with learning outcomes of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith at MTsN Binjai. The population of this study were all 8th grade students, totaling 163 people. A sample of 62 students was calculated using the Yamane taro formula, namely sampling was carried out using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire and was tested on 30 class VIII students who were not the research sample. The research data were analyzed using correlation and regression to examine the relationship between interest and cognitive abilities with learning outcomes. The results of the data analysis found that: 1) student learning interest has a positive relationship with student learning outcomes where the higher the student learning interest, the higher student learning outcomes. 2) students' cognitive abilities are positively related to student learning outcomes where the higher students' cognitive abilities, the higher their learning outcomes, 3) learning interest and cognitive abilities together have a positive relationship with students' learning outcomes of the Qur'an and Hadith.</em></p> 2023-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023
