Author Guidelines
The following guidelines apply to all prospective authors (download).
1. The manuscript must include the following components: title, author name(s), institutional affiliation, abstract in both Indonesian and English, keywords, introduction, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, and references.
2. Submitted articles should be based on current issues and research findings, and supported by references from books, accredited national journals, and especially reputable international journals.
3. Articles may be based on either conceptual analysis or empirical research findings.
4. Research manuscripts should contain an introduction outlining the problem, research question, objective, and theoretical framework, followed by methodology, findings, discussion, conclusion, and recommendations.
5. Manuscripts may be written in either Bahasa Indonesia or English, provided that proper linguistic and grammatical standards are observed.
6. Each manuscript must begin with an abstract of approximately 150 words.
7. The manuscript must be original, free from plagiarism, and should be checked in advance using Turnitin or similar plagiarism detection software.
8. Articles should normally be between 7,000 and 9,000 words in length; however, shorter or longer manuscripts may also be considered at the discretion of the editors.
9. Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format unless otherwise specified.
10. Unless previously defined, abbreviations should be avoided. Journal titles in the references must be written in full.
11. All submitted manuscripts will undergo a blind peer-review process conducted by qualified scholars in the relevant field. This review process may take several weeks or months.
12. Manuscripts may be edited for language, style, and format prior to publication. Authors are expected to follow the in-house style of IAMSPH.
13. Authors should be willing to respond to comments, questions, or correspondence related to their published work.
14. Manuscripts must be submitted through the Open Journal System (OJS) of IAMSPH.
